I have walked passed this area for thousands time, but never thought I could discover an underground bar in Luohu, and it’s such a hidden gem! 👍
🗺️Located right next to Guomao Tower, one floor below ground, the entrance alone was enough to impress me.
Name of the bar: CT Lounge.
Environment
🔮 As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a full wall of liquor cabinets paired with classic marble sculptures — the atmosphere feels premium and artistic.
There’s also a small stage for live singers. When I visited, it was Halloween season🎃, and the bar had added lots of fun decorations.🕯
The bar isn’t very large, but the seating layout is well‑designed: bar counter seats, semi‑private treasure‑chest booths, and cozy sofa areas. All arranged thoughtfully.
Drinks & Foods
Today I tried one of their low‑alcohol cocktails called “Letting Go of Possessiveness.” It has a sweet entrance with a hint of lemon acidity and a touch of rosemary 🌿 , it was refreshing and easy to drink.
I also tried their cucumber sticks. The plating was beautiful, and the fork holder was shaped like a swan 🦢.

A good place worth checking out if you are in a tight budget.
The atmosphere is rich and immersive, perfect for solo drinks or a fun gathering with friends 👭💕
