Can you believe there is a super popular bakery at MixC Plaza in Luohu ,the one that always has people lining up and taking photos?
Every time I walked by, I wondered why so many people were queueing and snapping pictures. It honestly looked a bit funny to me. 😅
Today, since the crowd wasn’t too crazy, I grabbed a dessert and sat down right in front of the shop. The name of the shop is Butterful & Creamorous.
🌸 Environment
To be fair, the environment is really beautiful: European‑style architecture, paired with a cozy outdoor seating area perfect for photos and check‑ins 📷
I especially recommend coming at night. The evening lights 🌃 create a romantic, dreamy vibe.
The interior is also stunning, with a high ceiling and chandeliers that give off a luxurious feel.The shelves are filled with gorgeous pastries and breads 🍰
But the indoor space is way too narrow, you can walk through it in just one loop. You have to choose your bread quickly, otherwise you’ll feel bad for making the people behind you wait.
🛎 Service
Just like many people mentioned, the service really needs improvement.At checkout, the staff pointed upward with their finger and gestured for customers to come over to pay. It felt a bit rude.😡 Definitely not the best service experience.
🥖 Food
I ordered the strawberry raspberry tart 🍓, and it tasted pretty good.The cream is very smooth and silky, and pairs well with the tart crust. But it can get a bit heavy after a few bites, so I recommend pairing it with a drink or sharing it with someone.
📚Overall Review
It’s a decent spot mainly for the ambiance and the aesthetic.If you want to avoid long lines, definitely come when it’s less crowded(work days or early hours in the weekend). The desserts look great, and it’s a fun place to relax and take photos.
