This milk tea shop offers several new flavors that are definitely worth trying. It focuses on tea inspired by Fujian Province and provides some options for tea lovers.
Name of the shop: Cha Man Fang Ting

🗺️ It’s located on B1 of the North Zone at One Avenue .I heard it originally started in Xiamen City before opening in Shenzhen.

This time, I tried their starfruit fruit tea and classic bobba tea.
🧋 Mo Ran Lan Ting Bobba Tea
It’s essentially a brown sugar bobba milk tea. Combined with the sticky sweetness of brown sugar, the layered texture is satisfying.

🍇 Green Oolong with Passionfruit anStarfruit
The spring starfruit blends greatly with the green tea.It also comes with jelly. I recommend ordering it sugar‑free, which will make it taste lighter and healthier.

🧂 Southern Fujian Salted Starfruit Green Tea
They actually add salt to this one, giving it a unique flavor that tea lovers will appreciate. Also best ordered without sugar, very refreshing and not heavy at all.
📕 Overall Thoughts
The shop’s interior has a traditional, vintage style, though there are only a very few eats, so it’s more suitable for takeaway. You can also see their tea leaves displayed on the counter.
The teas tasted better than average, but not a place worth making a special trip for if you are a tourist.
