I was genuinely surprised to discover a hidden Cantonese restaurant in Sea World — and one bowl of mung bean soup was enough to win me over completely.
🗺️The location is extremely convenient, just 50 meters from Exit C of Sea World Metro Station

What truly impressed me was the quality of the dishes. Every item we ordered delivered solid flavors and a sense of authenticity.
🏆The mung bean soup
The soup is a must‑try. Its flavor is uniquely refreshing, with hints of lemon and dried tangerine peel that create a sweet, clean finish. It’s the kind of dessert soup that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

🏆The Chaozhou preserved radish omelette
It was another highlight. My partner said it tasted exactly like the version from his childhood. The combination of scallions, preserved radish, and rich egg aroma made it incredibly nostalgic and satisfying.

🏆The scallion peanut‑oil chicken
This one was prepared using the best cuts — mainly thigh and tender dark meat. The chicken tasted fresh, with a bright color and a juicy texture. The scallion oil was well absorbed into the meat, giving it both fragrance and depth.

🏆The handmade rice noodles tossed in peanut oil
This is a traditional Cantonese noodle. You must try this noodle topped generously with sesame and crushed peanuts. The savory flavor was well balanced, and as a Guangdong local, I found it genuinely delicious.
We also tried the fish head tofu soup, which is reportedly only available in the evenings. The soup included tofu and kelp, and my partner enjoyed it so much he finished an entire bowl — which left him almost too full for the rest of the meal.

📚Overall
I highly recommend this restaurant. None of the dishes disappointed, and the flavors were consistently enjoyable. It’s easy to see why so many reviewers say they would return.
The dining space is large, bright, and comfortable, with high ceilings and wide spacing between tables — ideal for gatherings of all kinds. The service was also excellent, with staff members patiently helping us with dishes and checking in on our needs.
If you’re visiting Sea World, this is definitely a place worth trying.
